“Enhancing Wellbeing for Adolescents with ASD” is an evidence-informed workshop designed to explore practical ways of supporting emotional, social and everyday wellbeing during the teenage years. The session will focus on understanding the unique developmental needs of autistic adolescents, including sensory experiences, identity development, mental health vulnerabilities and strengths-based perspectives. Participants will be introduced to supportive strategies across home, school and community contexts, with an emphasis on regulation, connection, self-advocacy and meaningful participation.
