Where a participant submits full payment for a Therapia training course (onsite or online), their place in the course is reserved. Refunds are provided as follows:
Therapia’s management reserves the right to ask any participant to leave a training course, workshop or meeting if they knowingly disrupt the course, or its participants, in any way.
Therapia’s management reserves the right to ask any participant who does not adhere to applicable health and safety protocols (for example, infection-control precautions) to leave a course or meeting. In such circumstances, the course fee will not be refunded.
All of Therapia’s training materials, including handouts, workbooks, presentations, exercises and activities, are protected by copyright. If a participant infringes this copyright — including by photocopying, distributing, selling or otherwise using the materials for commercial purposes without authorisation — Therapia reserves the right to pursue the matter to the full extent of the law. This may include lodging a complaint with the relevant authorities, seeking damages, and commencing legal proceedings.
Therapia may terminate your use of, or access to, any or all portions of the Website and the Materials at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state or territory in which Therapia operates. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory in respect of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
